Our company

In just over 12 years, SJM Property Developments have gone from a small two-man team passionate about construction, to one of Tasmania’s fastest growing businesses with a large team and constantly growing number of developments. In 2016 we opened our brand new offices, warehouse and showroom  in Huntingfield (you should really check it out). 

This was also the first year we took out the HIA Tasmania award for best Townhouse/Villa development, an award we won again in 2019. This year we were also finalists in the HIA Tasmania awards for commercial development and house of the year.

Our main team currently consists of dedicated administration, sales and construction specialists dedicated to making the development process as effortless and enjoyable for you as possible. We look forward to meeting you!
