There are three stages to the property development process:

  • Initial Discussion
  • Estimate is given for the proposed build
  • Site Visit
  • Draft plans drawn up
  • House Design
  • Council planning approval
  • Soil test and report, BAL assessment and thermal energy rating completion
  • Fixed price quotation / Contract
  • Final drafting and engineering plans completion
  • Building surveyor (certificate of likely compliance)
  • Council – building/plumbing permit approval

Average planning time: 16-18 weeks

  • Monthly site visit inspections
  • Building completion work
  • House cleaned
  • Warranty & defects

Average house build completion time: 15-18 weeks

  • Occupancy and final inspection certificates
  • Walk through before handover
  • Handover
  • Warrranty and defects information
  • Move into your new home or development!
