There are three stages to the property development process:
- Initial Discussion
- Estimate is given for the proposed build
- Site Visit
- Draft plans drawn up
- House Design
- Council planning approval
- Soil test and report, BAL assessment and thermal energy rating completion
- Fixed price quotation / Contract
- Final drafting and engineering plans completion
- Building surveyor (certificate of likely compliance)
- Council – building/plumbing permit approval
Average planning time: 16-18 weeks

Average house build completion time: 15-18 weeks
- Occupancy and final inspection certificates
